2025: New Year / New You! Attunement (Broadcast Event)

Start the new year off right! On Jan 5, 2025 we’ll have a Group Event lasting 50-60 mins. You can either join live OR receive the recording afterwards to listen to it and receive its benefits at your own convenience after the live broadcast.
This session will focus on attunement (rebalancing & realigning your energies) to help maximize your ability to thrive in 2025. I will guide a process calibrated to the group that signs up.
Important: In Broadcast Events like this, you’ll just listen, relax and receive. This means you won’t engage with other participants and your cameras, mics & Chat will be off throughout. This isn’t an interactive session where you ask questions of Karen.

Join me in January for a three-week ‘tune-up and alignment’ aimed at helping you get the most out of the year ahead:
You’ll attend three classes live via Zoom, weekly, starting Jan 9, 2025 -> You attend all dates in the series: Jan 9, Jan 16, & Jan 23. (Classes are NOT recorded).
Each class runs 1-hour, from 7pm-8pm (ET). Class size restricted to 8 amazing people like you! Share as much as you want [or don’t want] during class.
Sessions include empowerment rebalancing meditation processes and explore tips to help your mind/body/energy work for you so you can elevate your ability to reach your goal.
